Everyone has them. Those days where you just don’t feel good enough. Where nothing goes right. When you feel stuck. Where, even though nothing is technically wrong…something’s just, well, off.

One of these spells came upon me last night, but I’m determined to beat it. How, you ask?

Step 1: Kick butt outfit
Step 2: Smoothie for breakfast
Step 3: Old school tunes
Step 4: Reminding myself that today is Friday
Step 5: Filling my weekend with fun things such a haircut/color, pedicure and shopping
