Last week, the JA and I knocked a major wedding ‘to-do’ off our list – the food tasting. Our venue is owned by a catering company that is providing our linens, chairs, place settings, silverware, non-floral centerpiece needs, and, of course, food.
We’re doing a cocktail hour with six passed hors d’oeuvres and three stationary hors d’oeuvres in addition to a sit down meal with salad, two entrees, chocolate covered strawberries and cake. It was quite the day and we practically had to roll ourselves out of there!

We made our final decisions, selected a cake flavor and design, and were on our way.
