Ah, Push It

Workout Wednesday is here again! Today’s workout targets the arms, chest and back.  Let’s get started! (Oh, and feel free to draw inspiration from our lovely friends Salt N Pepa.)

Notes:

  • Make sure that your back stays straight on the regular and diamond push ups. Even if it means that you do the them on your knees. Form is key to ensuring safety and maximum engagement.
  • When doing the dips, lift that booty! Elevated hips will help in focusing the energy on the back of your arms.
  • Dolphin push ups  – a yoga move that incorporates both downward facing dog and plank. Take a look at this video for form cues.
