Abs. At the center of our body, they (along with our back muscles) help keep us upright. They are said to be made in the kitchen, but it doesn’t hurt to give them their own time in the gym now and again, either.
Here’s a one-minute routine I created focusing just on the abdomen. Let’s work it out!
